1.2. Using Quick Edit

Quick Edit is basically a way to edit the text in the knowledgebase or the manual without going into the admin area. As long as you are logged in, you can browse your site as a normal front-end user. This allows for faster editing than normal.

When you are on an article page (either in the knowledgebase or manual), you will see a small button as shown below - just next to the headline.

Here you can click Edit and get an inline editor without leaving the page!

Within one second after clicking the edit-page button, your page is converted to an online word editor. Just click Save and the page will return to a normal page again.
