You can attach icons from Font Awesome to every category or article in the knowledgebase or the manual. This is usually done from a dropdown on Page 2 in the editor. The are several houndred of icons for you to choose between.

You can choose what KB Article that should appear on the frontpage as Featured. They look like shown in the image below. This gives extra attention on a subject that is important to you.
