You can attach icons from Font Awesome to every category or article in the knowledgebase or the manual. This is usually done from a dropdown on Page 2 in the editor.
The are several houndred of icons for you to choose between. We have choosen to do it like this in order to make it faster and easier to write a knowledgebase.
